What is a direct-booking kit?

How much time should I set aside?

Can I use it for Airbnb guests?

What exactly do I receive?
Pro contains seven files: a Start Here note, one complete PDF guide, four editable Word templates and an Excel tracker. It covers one to ten properties, portfolio tracking and seasonal campaigns. The exact filenames are listed above.
Is this safe to use with Airbnb or Booking.com?
There is no blanket platform-safe guarantee. Airbnb prohibits encouraging current, future or repeat bookings off-platform and using Airbnb-provided contact details for marketing. A completed stay or an opt-in does not override that rule. Other platforms have their own restrictions. Use the kit for independently sourced contacts where both your agreement and channel-specific marketing permissions allow it; check the eligibility guide before sending.
What happens after payment?
Polar handles checkout and paid file access. After a successful purchase, follow the receipt or Polar customer-portal link using the email you entered at checkout. Open the ZIP and read 00_START_HERE.txt first. If access is missing, email support@owneredge.org with your order reference; do not send card details.
What is the refund policy?
